When it came apparent that I had fertility issues, I started to make changes to my lifestyle. I am not a medical profession. This is just my story of changes that I made to my life that helped me to become pregnant. Not all women have the same issue and will have a different journey. I was diagnosed with unknown fertility. I encourage you to read success stories and try out different treatments as there are many different solutions to infertility.
After 3 months of “trying” I started to investigate lifestyle health changes. I came across Juice Plus. Please click Juice Plus for more information. I do not sell or receive and endorsement for Juice Plus.
Juice plus are vitamins made from fruits and vegetables. In my research I found other success stories with juice plus and fertility and decided to use Juice Plus as my vitamins. Along with a healthy choice of vitamins and improving my physical activity I started to notice changes. I felt I had more energy and my stomach (gut health) improve tremendously. At this point while attending the fertility clinic after 3 months I did not need an ovulation needle. The doctors did not have a reason why. This left me to feel sceptic of the clinic, and more intrigued at the changes I felt with Juice Plus.
The physical activity that I started with was walking; I would build my walking from 30 mins a day to 2 to 3 hours. This was Monday to Friday goal. Weekends would vary but I kept the Monday to Friday as every day, so I had a routine. Now if I missed a day, I would try to pick a productive activity to keep me focus on just improving myself. This activity would range from either deep cleaning the house so I would almost workout by cleaning my house, organize a room, yoga, mediate etc. So that even at the end of the day I may have missed the walk but improved on something else in my life.
After 3 months I started to include weightlifting for my physical activity. This was done on alternating days replacing a walking day. The second part of the physical activity is stretching this is very important for any over worked muscles and to recenter yourself. In my stretching is where I usually included mediation to clean body and mind. I used YouTube and Spotify for any mediation. Or I would do yoga about 15 to 20 minutes.
Lastly every night going to bed I would also listen to mediation or some sort of positive affirmations. The mediation was added around after 6 or 9 months. Everything was added slowly to my routine and that I think is key. As you will see through research there are many things to try and do not over burden yourself. Just make a list and small goals. Each goal should have a timeline of when to even start and finish. For example, I kept the eating and physical activity through to even my pregnancy. Which helped a lot, as opposed to medications or procedures. In my blog for fertility I go over when I left the fertility clinic and what I made as goals for different procedures.
Juice Plus was the starting point for me to improve my lifestyle, it was easy and comforting it was a quality vitamin. It improved my gut health and I knew I was receiving all the fruits and vegetables required for nutrition. Nutrition is an important part of everyone’s life, and Juice Plus is not a one fix pill but it is a product that I feel made a difference in my life.
